Amberfield Kitchen is a small production kitchen that supplies shops within an hour of the unit. Most of what we are asked to do is not new work — it is work that was started by somebody else and needs to be understood before it can be continued.
Small team, one project at a time per person, and a written record of every decision. We would rather turn down work than staff it with people who have not read the code or the process.
We do not resell licences, we do not take commission from suppliers we recommend, and we do not quote a full project before the discovery phase. All three exist to keep the advice straight.
